el lloc de demostraci\u00f3 itali\u00e0!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El lloc de demostraci\u00f3 itali\u00e0 a Messina (It\u00e0lia) <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El projecte de renovaci\u00f3 urbana de Fondo Sacc\u00e0 representa una intervenci\u00f3 exemplar per recuperar una part de l&#8217;ecosistema urb\u00e0 afectat per una profunda degradaci\u00f3 i marginaci\u00f3 social: s&#8217;ha enderrocat part del barri marginal, s&#8217;ha accedit a un habitatge adequat i s&#8217;han enderrocat els barris marginals buits i s&#8217;han constru\u00eft nous edificis ecofriendly per acollir experi\u00e8ncies de cohabitatge i espais i serveis comuns per a la comunitat local. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"26509\" src=\"https:\/\/hybris-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/08\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26509\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"26510\" src=\"https:\/\/hybris-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/08\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26510\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La intervenci\u00f3 de renovaci\u00f3 urbana ha afectat una superf\u00edcie de 2.500 metres quadrats (abans totalment ocupats per barris marginals), construint un volum global de 1.675 metres c\u00fabics, que abastava 523 metres quadrats: la superf\u00edcie restant s&#8217;ha transformat en un jard\u00ed p\u00fablic i estructures de viabilitat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;envolupant de l&#8217;edifici amb alta in\u00e8rcia t\u00e8rmica, l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 d&#8217;algunes obertures, un sistema de ventilaci\u00f3 natural, l&#8217;elecci\u00f3 i disposici\u00f3 de la vegetaci\u00f3, les tecnologies energ\u00e8tiques escollides (un sistema fotovoltaic de 16,24 kWp i un sistema solar t\u00e8rmic amb un emmagatzematge total de 770 LT) contribueixen a optimitzar el consum energ\u00e8tic i limitar l&#8217;impacte ambiental, aconseguint un \u00edndex de rendiment energ\u00e8tic en classe A4. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi i optimitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;\u00fas energ\u00e8tic, una part de l&#8217;edifici s&#8217;ha dotat de sensors per al monitoratge de la transmit\u00e0ncia de l&#8217;envolupant i de les condicions de conservaci\u00f3 del material a\u00efllant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;edifici acull set mini-apartaments i ha estat dissenyat per crear una petita comunitat formada per una fam\u00edlia, persones individuals afectades per la fragilitat sociosanit\u00e0ria, una pensi\u00f3 per a hostes externs i un espai socioeducatiu per a fam\u00edlies del barri. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images <a href=\"http:\/\/www.itae.cnr.it\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CNR-ITAE,<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.solidarityenergy.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SAE<\/a> ha estudiat i dissenyat els criteris de distribuci\u00f3 el\u00e8ctrica per als usuaris residencials, considerant les prioritats socials dels propis usuaris. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest objectiu s&#8217;ha aconseguit mitjan\u00e7ant el desenvolupament d&#8217;un sistema energ\u00e8tic (microxarxa) capa\u00e7 de monitorar usuaris residencials individuals, gestionar l&#8217;energia produ\u00efda a partir de fonts renovables mitjan\u00e7ant un sistema d&#8217;emmagatzematge de bateries adequadament dimensionat i implementar un nou procediment de tarifaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica, just i proporcional a les prioritats socials dels usuaris. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s de provar l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia en el futur, el projecte HYBRIS comporta un augment de la capacitat d&#8217;emmagatzematge que es podria destinar a augmentar serveis addicionals al hub de l&#8217;habitatge: com ara estacions de rec\u00e0rrega de vehicles i serveis relacionats amb la creaci\u00f3 de la Comunitat d&#8217;Energies Renovables del Fondo Sacc\u00e0, que
