Es tracta de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d&#8217;un sistema geot\u00e8rmic en un edifici de la Universitat de Bordeus per reduir una part del consum de gas de l&#8217;edifici durant la temporada de calefacci\u00f3 i millorar l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia de refrigeraci\u00f3 durant l&#8217;estiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenint en compte les necessitats energ\u00e8tiques de l&#8217;edifici i l&#8217;espai disponible exterior, s&#8217;han instal\u00b7lat dos tipus d&#8217;intercanviadors de calor de font terrestre:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 cistelles de terra, per a la validaci\u00f3 del model<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 forat vertical amb 2 sondes per completar la font<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"8896\" src=\"https:\/\/geofit-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2022\/11\/geofit-pilot-bordeaux5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8896\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"8897\" src=\"https:\/\/geofit-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2022\/11\/geofit-pilot-bordeaux1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8897\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"8898\" src=\"https:\/\/geofit-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2022\/11\/geofit-pilot-bordeaux2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8898\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"8899\" src=\"https:\/\/geofit-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2022\/11\/geofit-pilot-bordeaux3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8899\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"8900\" src=\"https:\/\/geofit-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2022\/11\/geofit-pilot-bordeaux4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8900\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La bomba de calor est\u00e0 formada per 2 unitats de la seg\u00fcent manera:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La unitat de calefacci\u00f3, que es basa en la tecnologia d&#8217;adsorci\u00f3, recupera l&#8217;energia del s\u00f2l amb una resta de gas per assolir l&#8217;alt nivell de temperatura que necessita la tecnologia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La unitat de refrigeraci\u00f3, basada en tecnologia de compressi\u00f3 i que treballa amb prop\u00e0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"8901\" src=\"https:\/\/geofit-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2022\/11\/geofit-pilot-bordeaux7.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8901\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"8902\" src=\"https:\/\/geofit-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2022\/11\/geofit-pilot-bordeaux6.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8902\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de la bomba de calor va requerir alguns canvis significatius en el sistema de distribuci\u00f3 d&#8217;energia existent (xarxa de refrigeraci\u00f3 i calefacci\u00f3)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualment, la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 est\u00e0 funcionant. Va permetre refredar una part de l&#8217;edifici durant l&#8217;estiu de 2022 i escalfar\u00e0 la mateixa part de l&#8217;edifici durant el proper hivern. Les sales afectades s\u00f3n despatxos del personal universitari i una sala de confer\u00e8ncies.
