Aprofitant l&#8217;oportunitat de reunir-nos a Patras durant aquesta reuni\u00f3, vam poder assistir a unes demostracions molt interessants als laboratoris FORTH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DEMO-A (FORTH)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>DETECCI\u00d3 INTELLIGENT DE PFAS PER ESPECTROSCOPIA RAMAN MILLORADA EN SUPERF\u00cdCIE <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els m\u00e8todes convencionals per a la detecci\u00f3 de subst\u00e0ncies per- i polifluoroalquil (PFAS) es basen principalment en la cromatografia LC-MS\/MS i normalment requereixen an\u00e0lisis fora del lloc i s\u00f3n molt cars i requereixen molt de temps. La t\u00e8cnica Surface Enhanced Raman (SERS) s&#8217;ha implementat \u00e0mpliament perqu\u00e8 la detecci\u00f3 de diferents mol\u00e8cules sigui r\u00e0pida i aconseguint l\u00edmits de detecci\u00f3 molt baixos (fins a la detecci\u00f3 d&#8217;una mol\u00e8cula \u00fanica). Malgrat que el SERS ha demostrat el seu potencial per a la detecci\u00f3 de diferents tipus de mol\u00e8cules, els registres per a la detecci\u00f3 de PFAS basada en SERS estan gaireb\u00e9 absents. Per a la demostraci\u00f3 a les instal\u00b7lacions d&#8217;ICEHT, vam introduir un nou enfocament assistit per additius, que crea una nova plataforma de substrat per a la promoci\u00f3 de la detecci\u00f3 de PFAS mitjan\u00e7ant SERS. Durant aquesta demostraci\u00f3, es va presentar i explicar el protocol, els principals passos seguits fins ara, els par\u00e0metres experimentals que intentem afinar i altres punts cr\u00edtics d&#8217;aquesta investigaci\u00f3 en curs cap al nostre objectiu a llarg termini. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"27225\" src=\"https:\/\/scenarios-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2023\/09\/IMG_20230726_093735226-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27225\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"27226\" src=\"https:\/\/scenarios-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2023\/09\/IMG_20230726_094018966-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27226\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"27229\" src=\"https:\/\/scenarios-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2023\/09\/IMG_20230726_100141246-1-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27229\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"27227\" src=\"https:\/\/scenarios-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2023\/09\/IMG_20230726_100146889-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27227\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"27228\" src=\"https:\/\/scenarios-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2023\/09\/IMG_20230726_093954150-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27228\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DEMO-B (FORTH)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>DESTRUCCI\u00d3 DE PFAS PER PLASMA D&#8217;ATMOSF\u00c8RIC FRED (CAP)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es van demostrar diversos reactors CAP a escala de laboratori amb diferents configuracions\/geometries d&#8217;el\u00e8ctrodes de plasma desenvolupades per a la degradaci\u00f3 de PFAS a l&#8217;aigua i el s\u00f2l. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per al tractament de s\u00f2ls contaminats amb PFAS, es van demostrar dues geometries de reactor diferents. Un reactor de plasma de desc\u00e0rrega de barrera diel\u00e8ctrica (DBD) de pla a xarxa (tractament ex situ) on les desc\u00e0rregues de plasma es generen en la fase gasosa per sobre del s\u00f2l contaminat i un reactor de plasma DBD coaxial capa\u00e7 de produir desc\u00e0rregues de plasma directament dins dels porus interconnectats del s\u00f2l i no nom\u00e9s en la fase gasosa per sobre d&#8217;ella (tractament al s\u00f2l). Tamb\u00e9 es va demostrar un sistema DBD d&#8217;escaneig millorat amb capacitat de tractament ~ 10 kg de s\u00f2l contaminat\/h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per al tractament de l&#8217;aigua contaminada amb PFAS, es van demostrar reactors DBD gas-l\u00edquid i microbombolles de plasma (PMB). En el DBD gas-l\u00edquid, les esp\u00e8cies de plasma prim\u00e0ries es creen en la fase gasosa i despr\u00e9s es difonen al medi aqu\u00e0tic a trav\u00e9s de la interfase gas-l\u00edquid generant esp\u00e8cies secund\u00e0ries dins de l&#8217;aigua, mentre que amb la configuraci\u00f3 PMB la dissoluci\u00f3 directa i la r\u00e0pida disponibilitat i massa t\u00e9 lloc la transfer\u00e8ncia d&#8217;esp\u00e8cies plasm\u00e0tiques a la fase aquosa.
