{"id":37566,"date":"2025-07-10T12:38:58","date_gmt":"2025-07-10T10:38:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/comet.technology\/?p=37566"},"modified":"2025-07-10T12:39:58","modified_gmt":"2025-07-10T10:39:58","slug":"primera-validacio-en-el-mon-real-de-la-plataforma-scenarios-raman-sers-per-a-la-deteccio-total-de-pfas-en-serum-huma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/comet.technology\/ca\/2025\/07\/10\/primera-validacio-en-el-mon-real-de-la-plataforma-scenarios-raman-sers-per-a-la-deteccio-total-de-pfas-en-serum-huma\/","title":{"rendered":"Primera validaci\u00f3 en el m\u00f3n real de la plataforma SCENARIOS Raman-SERS per a la detecci\u00f3 total de PFAS en s\u00e8rum hum\u00e0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Entre el 18\u202fi el 21\u202fde Juny de \u202f2025 el<strong>Laboratori d&#8217;Espectroc\u00f2pia Molecular Aplicada (LAMS)<\/strong> de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.forth.gr\/en\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FORTH\/ICE\u2011HT<\/a> (Patras, Gr\u00e8cia) <\/strong> va unir forces amb col.legues de la  <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uniupo.it\/it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Universitat del Piemont Oriental<\/a> (UPO, Italia) y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ospedale.al.it\/it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l&#8217;Hospital d&#8217;Alessandria<\/a> (AOU-AL, Italia) (Figure 1)<\/strong>, tper fer la primera prova de la nova tecnologia de dispersi\u00f3 Raman millorada a la superf\u00edcie (SERS) de SCENARIOS en mostres <em>biol\u00f2giques<\/em>, un pas decisiu cap a la biomonitoritzaci\u00f3 rutin\u00e0ria de subst\u00e0ncies perfluoroalquilades i polifluoroalquilades (PFAS) en poblacions exposades.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignfull size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/scenarios-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2025\/07\/image.png\" alt=\"tres investigadors i un instrument t&#xE8;cnic treballant\" class=\"wp-image-27983\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Figura 1.<strong> <\/strong>Investigadors de FORTH i UPO al voltant del sistema LabRAM HR Evolution, Alessandria, juny de 2025. Zoi Lada i el Dr. George Voyiatzis (LAMS-FORTH) amb el Dr. Alessandro Croce (AOU-AL)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p>Treballant colze a colze al Laboratori de Toxicologia Ambiental i Molecular de la UPO, l&#8217;equip:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Es van estandarditzar les condicions per al microscopi Raman LabRAM HR Evolution (Horiba)<\/strong> per a l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de l\u00edquids i es va verificar la calibraci\u00f3 de longitud d&#8217;ona i intensitat in situ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S&#8217;ha <strong>optimitzat el protocol d&#8217;extracci\u00f3 de parells d&#8217;ions<\/strong> que transfereix tots els PFAS presents, des del PFOA de cadena llarga fins a alternatives emergents com l&#8217;ADV_M3, a una fase aquosa compatible amb SERS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quantificaci\u00f3 demostrada fins a 1 <\/strong><strong>ppb <\/strong>tant en aigua enriquida com, sobretot, en <strong>s\u00e8rum hum\u00e0 <\/strong>mitjan\u00e7ant mesures SERS replicades (figures 1-2).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/scenarios-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2025\/07\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-07-10-a-las-9.29.24.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27984\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Figura 2 Empremta digital SERS d&#8217;ADV_M3 a 1 ppb en s\u00e8rum hum\u00e0<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p>\u00abVeure empremtes dactilars Raman clares i reprodu\u00efbles de PFAS directament al s\u00e8rum era l&#8217;aven\u00e7 que busc\u00e0vem\u00bb, expliquen el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/george-voyiatzis-92384250\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr. George Voyiatzis <\/a><\/strong>i<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/zoi-lada-42908337\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Dra<\/strong>. <strong>ZoiLada <\/strong><\/a><strong>(FORTH\/ICE-HT)<\/strong>. \u00abAix\u00f2 demostra que SERS pot complementar \u2013i finalment accelerar\u2013 els fluxos de treball convencionals d&#8217;LC-MS per a l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 a escala poblacional\u00bb, va comentar al final de les dures jornades de treball el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/search\/results\/all\/?fetchDeterministicClustersOnly=true&amp;heroEntityKey=urn%3Ali%3Afsd_profile%3AACoAAA1li7sBWGIGY3In_JI9FwDtYk7rNNc1Q18&amp;keywords=francesco%20dondero%2C%20phd&amp;origin=RICH_QUERY_SUGGESTION&amp;position=1&amp;searchId=a2a73978-3f56-4b97-a9e9-7c67689d78e2&amp;sid=xt5&amp;spellCorrectionEnabled=false\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>professor Francesco Dondero<\/strong><\/a> <strong>(investigador principal de l&#8217;equip itali\u00e0 i coordinador del projecte SCENARIOS) (Figura 3).<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p>Les dades preliminars es van presentar durant el <strong>Simposi Interdisciplinari sobre Una Salut i PFAS<\/strong> celebrat a l&#8217;Hospital d&#8217;Alessandria, cosa que va despertar un gran inter\u00e8s entre els cl\u00ednics desitjosos d&#8217;eines de detecci\u00f3 m\u00e9s r\u00e0pides.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s important<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PFAS totals en lloc d&#8217;an\u00e0lits individuals:<\/strong> l&#8217;enfocament de parells d&#8217;ions enriqueix <em>tots <\/em>els PFAS ani\u00f2nics simult\u00e0niament, oferint una m\u00e8trica d&#8217;exposici\u00f3 hol\u00edstica.c.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minuts en comptes d&#8217;hores:<\/strong> la lectura Raman triga&lt;5 minuts per mostra, en comparaci\u00f3 amb \u2265120 minuts per a LC-MS dirigida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Port\u00e0tils:<\/strong> els mateixos substrats SERS poden funcionar amb dispositius Raman port\u00e0tils desplegables sobre el terreny, cosa que facilita les campanyes d&#8217;an\u00e0lisis de sang in situ.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>El consorci SCENARIOS validar\u00e0 a continuaci\u00f3 el m\u00e8tode en<strong> s\u00e8rum real de cohorts italianes exposades<\/strong> i el comparar\u00e0 amb dades de refer\u00e8ncia d&#8217;LC-HRMS.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/scenarios-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2025\/07\/image.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27985\" style=\"width:1011px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Figura 3.
