Aquesta publicaci\u00f3 representa una fita important en la missi\u00f3 del projecte de promoure la producci\u00f3 sostenible d&#8217;hidrogen i la s\u00edntesi qu\u00edmica verda mitjan\u00e7ant sistemes fotoelectroqu\u00edmics integrats. <\/p>\n\n<p>L&#8217;article, dirigit pel professor David Tilley i el seu equip a la Universitat de Zuric, presenta una nova estrat\u00e8gia per a l&#8217;oxidaci\u00f3 fotoelectroqu\u00edmica de mol\u00e8cules derivades de biomassa. L&#8217;enfocament converteix selectivament la biomassa en productes qu\u00edmics valuosos alhora que genera hidrogen, obrint el cam\u00ed a sistemes energ\u00e8tics circulars m\u00e9s nets. <\/p>\n\n<p>L&#8217;estudi demostra com l&#8217;acoblament de l&#8217;oxidaci\u00f3 de substrats org\u00e0nics amb reaccions d&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 d&#8217;hidrogen en un \u00fanic proc\u00e9s impulsat per la llum solar pot millorar dr\u00e0sticament l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica general. Aquest m\u00e8tode aborda un dels reptes clau en la conversi\u00f3 d&#8217;energia sostenible: substituir l&#8217;oxidaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;aigua, que \u00e9s costosa pel medi ambient, per reaccions que produeixen combustibles i productes qu\u00edmics de valor afegit. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pecaths.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/33\/2025\/10\/1-s2.0-S2542435125003538-fx1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9968\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Combinant coneixements de la ci\u00e8ncia de materials, la cat\u00e0lisi i la integraci\u00f3 de sistemes, la recerca proporciona un pla innovador per a processos electroqu\u00edmics escalables i alimentats per energia solar.
