On the 20th and 21st May consortium members gathered in Belgrade at the Institute Mihajlo Pupin to celebrate the third general assembly.
The meting started with a technical discussion on the Requirements and methodology definition. We have been revising the situation at the pilot in Bovisa Campus pilot defining and the key performance indicators definition. Another important issue tackled during this first session was the definition of the methodology for SimBOTs creation and the development of a Methodology for predicting and optimizing building performance using SiL.
The next issue that was treated was the ICT ecosystem and orchestration, a technical discussion on the software orchestration was followed by the design of ICT architecture of the Building Digital Twin Environment and the development of SMTS and SIL-based MPC algorithm.

The develop innovative HYCOOL-IT components is mediated by the design the waste heat integration with new gen thermal grids and the development of generic SIMBOTS for IT Server Rooms.
Our partners from Sorge in charge of the Development of rack-integrated adsorption chillers presented the plans for the Design of proof of concept and the manufacturing and lab-testing of the PoC. This is closely related to the generation of specific SIMBots to renovate the servers’ room and the cooling systems I the project we had to discuss the implementation and validation of the proposed solution, and in that sense it was necessary to discuss the software data and model needs as well as the hardware components needs as this is essential for the upgrading of the demo site and to update its situation.

We advanced also on the exploitation and standardisation activities that include the market analysis and an discussion on the initial business models.
We have another six months until the next meeting where we expect to present tangible results of the proposed solution with the rack-integrated adsorption chiller.
