On the 13th October, Hycool-IT joined the second webinar of the 2cool2waste projects cluster with the title: “From Prototype to Market: innovative heat recovery and cooling technologies”. 

Eight pioneering EU projects united for the second 2cool2waste webinar, showcasing major advancements in industrial decarbonization, waste heat reuse, and smart energy integration over the past year. Being part of the 2Cool2Waste community provides an opportunity to connect with projects working on complementary technologies, including industrial heat pumps, thermal energy management, cooling solutions and waste heat recovery.

The webinar featured contributions from HEATWISE,Moderator Project, RE-WITCH, THUNDER, SEEDS EU project, SUSHEAT, SENERGY NETS, GEOSYN and EXQUISHEAT, bringing together complementary approaches to waste-heat recovery, cooling, heat pumps, thermal-energy storage and energy-system integration.

Alejandro Jose Di Cicco from Politecnico di Milano presented the preliminary results of the Hycool-IT EU Project technologies for IT server rooms in tertiary buildings (hashtag#rack hashtag#integarated hashtag#absorption hashtag#chillers, and hashtag#SimBOTS). As you know the project involves nine project partners from five European countries (Italy, Germany, Spain, Belgium and Serbia).
