On June 4th, we participated in the Innovation Industry Construction Congress (IC2) held in Santander, one of the leading international events focused on innovation in construction, building, and infrastructure. The 1st Innovation Congress in Construction, Building, Infrastructure, and Concessions (IC2), held in Santander during the first week of June 2026, represents a unique opportunity for international networking, collaboration, and expanding horizons for all stakeholders in the sector.

Organized by PTEC (Spanish Technological Platform for Construction), the University of Cantabria and the Construction Cluster Network, the event brought together companies, experts and leading entities to analyze the major challenges of the sector and share innovative solutions.

Construction is a global economic and social driver, and Spain has established itself as an international leader thanks to the innovative capacity of our companies, universities, and research centers. This combination of knowledge, technology, and strategic vision has enabled our organizations to lead the transformation toward a more sustainable, digital, and competitive construction sector.

Tamara Fanjul participated as a speaker in one of the sessions of the congress “Digital twins based on SIMBOTs: a concept to optimize the operation of data centers”, where she presented the DYMAN, addressing its innovative approach and its contribution to the advancement of the sector towards more efficient, sustainable and digitized models.
